People Under Pressure Conference

17 Jun 20084:30pm

The Oxford Industrial Chaplaincy carried out a research project earlier this year into the people issues faced by Oxfordshire workplaces in different locations, of different sizes and in different sectors, and is now arranging a one-day conference at very modest cost to discuss the findings and encourage the development of creative solutions.

Several of the in-depth interviews which followed the main survey, involved representatives of the public sector in and around Oxford.

The line-up of speakers and workshop leaders is drawn from experienced practitioners in the private, public and voluntary sectors, and offers a valuable opportunity to benefit from the different experiences.

There are concessions for delegates from the voluntary and community sector, and for organisations sending three or more delegates to the conference.
