The purpose of the OLSP is to:
- provide the learning infrastructure necessary to deliver highly skilled and motivated people who can make a contribution to their communities in whatever field of endeavour they choose
- join up the thinking in education, business, local government and health
- bring together the individuals and organisations that have the drive to tear down the silos and work together to create a strategy for developing people who can achieve more than their obvious potential
- Develop the Big Idea into a reality
